Refund policy

Beats are digital products delivered instantly. Once files have been downloaded, the license is considered used and refunds are generally not available.

When a refund is issued

Duplicate payments, a beat that was charged but never delivered, or corrupted files that cannot be replaced are refunded in full. Contact support within 14 days.

When a refund is not issued

Change of mind after downloading, misunderstanding of the license tier when the difference is described on the product page, or a beat no longer fitting your project.

Refund effects

When a refund or chargeback is processed, access to the purchased files is revoked and the license granted at checkout is terminated.
