By using beemabeatz.com you agree to these terms. Beema Beatz sells non-exclusive licenses to use original instrumental compositions ("beats"). Ownership of each composition remains with Beema Beatz at all times.

Accounts

Accounts are created through Google or Apple sign-in. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure. Purchased files are tied to the account used at checkout.

Purchases and delivery

Payment is processed by Stripe. Files are unlocked in your private dashboard once Stripe confirms the payment. Download links are time-limited and personal, and download counts are recorded.

Permitted use

The license you purchase grants recording, distribution and monetisation rights for one commercial song, with credit to "Prod. by Beema Beatz". Reselling, redistributing or re-licensing the raw beat files is prohibited.

Abuse and termination

Sharing download links, attempting to bypass access controls, or fraudulent chargebacks may result in access to purchased files being disabled and the account being closed.
